Following the closing, on Friday participants will make a familiarization tour of the keys making up the Jardines del Rey resort area, located in the central north of Cuba.

The final day of the Fair will be full with negotiations, lectures and showcases of the Cuban tourism products to officials of the industry, travel agents, airline representatives, the media and organizations involved in the sector.

Having been dedicated to Argentina, the event was attended by a large delegation from that South American country that included officials from the Tourist Promotion Institute, tourism publications and tour operators.

Participants were also informed on the guarantees offered by Cuba for the family segment, which is increasingly popular among foreign travelers in the island.

The Fair's program included a display showing the progress of tourism in the northern keys of the province of Villa Clara that hosted this year's event, and which boasts nine hotels and an ambitious investment program.
